Toast has definitely streamlined our restaurant operations. The reporting and analytics are fantastic, and the customer feedback feature is a nice touch. However, be prepared for some sticker shock on the pricing. The base system is reasonable, but a lot of the features we find most useful come as expensive add-ons.
